Agreement for Professional Consultancy Services
1. Nature of Services
Rawstone Global provides professional case evaluation, documentation advisory, and strategic consultancy services. We act as facilitators and advisors; we do not function as a government agency or a legal law firm.
2. No Guarantee Clause (TikTok Policy Compliance)
While we strive for excellence, Rawstone Global provides no guarantee of successful outcomes regarding visas, permits, or official government approvals. All decisions are at the sole discretion of the respective authorities. We do not promise employment or specific timelines.
3. Accuracy of Information
Users are responsible for ensuring that all information and documentation provided to Rawstone Global are truthful, accurate, and valid. Any assessment based on false or forged documents will be voided immediately, and we reserve the right to terminate our services.
4. Intellectual Property
All content, logos, branding (RAWSTONE), and website materials are the intellectual property of Rawstone Global. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is strictly prohibited.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Rawstone Global be held liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising out of the use or inability to use our services, including but not limited to government rejections or changes in international policies.
6. Refund & Cancellation
Consultation fees (if applicable) cover our professional time and expertise. Once a case evaluation has been initiated or professional advice has been rendered, fees are generally non-refundable unless specified in a separate service agreement.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of our registered jurisdiction (Dubai, UAE), and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.

8. No Employment or Job Placement Services
Rawstone Global is a consultancy firm and **not** a recruitment agency. We do not provide job placements, employment contracts, or work-hiring services. Our expertise is strictly limited to documentation advisory and strategic pathway evaluation. Any mention of international opportunities refers to eligibility assessment, not job guarantees.
9. User Accountability & Compliance
Users must comply with all local and international laws during their application processes. Rawstone Global shall not be responsible for any legal consequences, bans, or penalties faced by the user due to non-compliance with governmental regulations or the submission of inconsistent information.
10. Advertising Transparency
Our advertisements on platforms like TikTok are intended for informational purposes. We ensure that our ad creatives are not deceptive. If a user feels that an ad was misleading, they are encouraged to contact our legal desk immediately for clarification. We do not use "forced-continuity" or hidden subscription models.
11. Data Processing Consent
By submitting your details via our contact forms or WhatsApp, you provide explicit consent for Rawstone Global to process your data for the purpose of professional consultation. This consent can be withdrawn at any time as per our Privacy Policy.
